Stripped Bare is an exciting new series at the Fremont Centre Theatre featuring a collection of solo shows being performed by three remarkably diverse and talented actresses. The launch of this (soon to be biennial) series featuring women will very aptly take place in the middle of Women's History Month and includes a Mother's Day weekend celebration.

Despite the title, there's no nudity here. "Stripped Bare" refers to the simplicity of the enterprise: a stage, an actor, a story.

All three of the selections in the 2009 Stripped Bare premiere are award-winning works.
